Consulting Services & Deliverables

By purchasing a LinkedIn optimization package, profile audit, or power hour, you agree to provide timely communication and necessary access to your professional history to allow us to complete the agreed-upon deliverables. All "Done-for-You" packages include one (1) round of revisions unless otherwise stated in writing.

Purchases & Refunds

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.

Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our consulting services and digital deliverables, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work on a profile audit or optimization has commenced.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Digital Girlie and its licensors. Any custom copy or banners created for a client become the property of the client upon final delivery and payment.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
